Hello everyone! Welcome to my space on the web, I’ll be using this blog as my learning log in Photography. My first blog post tells you a bit about me in slightly more detail if you want to take a look.

Basically, I am an amateur photography enthusiast who enjoys experimenting with different genres in my quest to find my style. I will turn my hand to anything. I do have a few images under licence with Getty Images, I also do photoshoots and wedding photography for family and friends, as well as any other photographs I am asked for. BUT I am not trying to make a living out of photography (I already have an occupation as a financial director for a group of companies) so do not advertise. I am in it for the love of the art and part of the fun for me is in sharing and learning more. So this blog will just be all about me sharing my photos and my love of photography.
I do have one another blog which I set up fairly recently, I set it up as a long term personal project to document places around me and places I visit in the UK photographically (historic and current day) and also documenting any facts that I find about the buildings and the locations. This blog can be found here.

Thank you Janice for the compliment. That photo was an old film photo that I have scanned in, it was a fantastic place to visit, so beautiful.
