Really love the tones and contrast of the image, beautiful and the composition is the glue that pulls it together.

I’m a beginner myself so I love to look around at the others on a challenge. I like that you have something not anchored to a corner, I’m very corner ‘centric’ myself. Cheers!

Thank you @EvelyneChevallier, I love shooting with a macro lens and using a shallow depth of field, it can make a lot of ordinary items look pretty special. 🙂

Fantastic shot. Never would have known it was garlic. It has a great abstract quality. 🙂

Amazing. It just makes me think I should quit thinking and get a good camera and some lessons on how to use it

I have always pushed my cameras to their limits before upgrading, just remember that the best camera in the world is the one you have with you. It is seeing those moments that is more important than megapixels. What camera do you have at the moment Donna?

Do you shoot in manual with your Nikon? If not I would try this before upgrading ,well worth it in my opinion (I mainly shoot in manual mode now as you have so much more control)
